Confluence+Listbox+User Macro+Change History

Hi

is it possible in Confluence Server to define a single listbox where the selection in view mode triggers an entry in the change history?
Preferably a user macro.
BSP:
Listbox with the values Status Idea, Status Detail and Status Development.
User XY selects Status Idea. When the page is called up, Status Idea is displayed and the Change History on the page shows a change entry by user XY and when the versions are compared, it is seen that XY has selected Idea.
