Confluence OndEmand - Billing on Prorated User count

Hi,

We are using Confluence OnDemand and we have 10 user licnese. I want to add a couple of more. Say 12. I read that it will allow me to add additional users and we will be billed additional price on a prorate basis for that month.

However, I wanted to confirm whether we will be billed for additional 2 users only or 15 users? As the pricing sheet shows 1-10 users as one band and 11-15 as anothe band. Do I move directly from 10 USD per month to straight 50 USD per month or it is prorated based on the user count?

It's done in bands, not per user. 12 users puts you in the 25 user band, so you'll need to be paying the $50 per month. (Also, if you remove users and drop below 10, you will not be moved down automatically, you will need to contact sales to downgrade)
