Confluence Plugin Example which includes web item and Struts module

Hello Everyone,

I am using confluence 8.5.4, so existing plugin is not working ,as in existing plugin used  xwork, which is now deprecated,I wanted to use struts module but cannot able to get proper example or resource to Implement these change.Kindly provide  some example or resource.
