Confluence Popular history lost after upgradation from 5.1.5 to 6.4.1

Hi,
We have upgraded confluence from 5.1.5 to 6.4.1.
In that process we successfully upgraded, but we lost the history data like popular pages, space activity, Karma info etc.
So I tried building context index by replacing <conf-home>/index folder data with previous data. That helped us and we got space activity, space contributor, karma history back.
But this did not helped to recover "Popular" pages data.
So again I tried to build confluence index from scratch, that also did not help.
Is there any solution for it. We need to move it to PROD ASAP
