I am trying to print some Confluence with Gliffy components pages to PDF. The problem is that the Gliffy charts are not printed, they become just blank spaces in the PDF.
Printing the whole page to PDF using the browser feature is not a viable option for me, as tables and other components of the page are not rendered correctly. On top of that, it prints other Confluence components that should not be in the document, such as the folder tree, some buttons, etc.
Any solution to make these components printable that are not exporting them to images and embedding every time something changes?
Thanks a lot.
UPDATE: I noticed that some other pages with Gliffy charts are printed correctly, so I guess this is a problem with one particular page that does not include the Gliffy chart when printing to PDF.
Thanks for reaching out Alexander. It sounds like this issue is specific to your unique chart per your Update above. With that in mind, we will likely need to dig into that specific chart and why it is not printing properly.
Can you please submit this issue to support@gliffy.com with the steps you took to get to the blank spaces in the PDF? We will dive in and figure out what is going on here ASAP.
Thanks for your patience!
