Confluence Questions: manage watchers

I see here we can manage watchers of a page, a blogpost and even now on a space. That's great.

I am wondering if it's possible to manage group of users. We use AD groups in Confluence.

The short answer is no, it is not possible. There is a request to have that feature added, CONFSERVER-20118
