Confluence - Remove/Hide Page Status option

Hi,

Is there a way to remove/hide the page status icon in the top left corner of a page. We dont want users to see who 'last viewed' that page.

Thank you for contacting us. 

You can use javascript if you are familiar with it in order to remove that icon.

If you can let us know what version of Confluence you're on and which icon you're referring to? I assume you mean the one you see when another person is editing the page?
