Confluence Scheduled Jobs HTML Bug

I am getting this in all the 3 main browsers (Google Chrome 46.0.2490.71 m, IE 11.0.9600.18059, Firefox 41.0.2).

The Help Tips column is being displayed over the Jobs table, and thus blocking the links for the first 2 jobs.  I can get around it by using Chrome Developer Tools to just delete it. 

AdBlockPlus is not blocking it (I tried with it disabled).

Hey there,

I found this bug report https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-31646 where the developers fixed on the 5.4.4, but I confirmed and it's back again on the latest version, so I've reopened the bug again.

For workaround, you can decrease the page's zoom with (CTRL + Scroll Down).
