Confluence Server 6.15.6 - this page is taking longer to load

We have an issue on a single system who is getting the error " this page is taking longer to load".  We have validated his system is patched and did a reboot.  Tried Edge, Chrome, FF and in Incognito mode and all provide the same message on several pages this user tried to edit.  He is able to create a NEW page but he can't edit existing pages.  Others can edit the same page w/o issue.   Suggestions?
