Confluence Server and CA Agile Central Integration

We are using Confluence server (6.7.0) on premises version.
Also have CA Agile central, would like to integrate both the tools.

Can we integrate both the tools ?

"Integrate" is a suitcase word - while we know it means "make two things work together", it could contain anything.

So, we can't help you "integrate" beyond telling you "Yes, go ahead and do it", because you've told us absolutely nothing of any use in telling us what you want.

We are looking to integrate for POC, based on POC will decide how can it will be useful.

While going though this link - https://help.rallydev.com/confluence-0

understand integration wil be done via https://www.flowdock.com/ but flowdock is blocked due to our policy.

I am looking if there is any alternative way to integrate way both tools.

Yes, you use the REST interfaces directly to connect them.  Again, I can't tell you much more than that because "integrate" tells us nothing.

Would like to get Agile Central User stories data and Graphs and Chart of Velocity in Confluence page for sprint where will update the comments. Live data will be refresh in Confluence.

We have an structure already designed of Theme > Feature > User Stories where we document, but then we have to re-create same Theme/Feature/Stories in Rally, so the developer teams can use it for Sprint definition and follow up.

We would like to integrate that each time a Theme/Feature/User Story is created by a button to a template, trigger as well the creation of that element in Rally.

Has anybody done a similar integration?
