Confluence Server not responsive after enabling - XML-RPC Client

Hello everyone,

I am running the latest version of Confluence server and I inadvertently enabled the

'XML-RPC Client'

After I reloaded the page, I am getting the following error.

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Apache Server at confluence.btbxapps.com Port 80

Wondering if someone out there can guide me to disabling this within the command line or some other troubleshooting strategy?
