Confluence + Shibboleth + Apache on Ubuntu

Hello,

I have implemented Confluence on my Ubuntu machine and later configured confluence with Apache, proxy_http and secured the website with ssl.

I have my confluence website now as https://mycompany.com and working well.

Now I have been tasked with creating a totally new environment and Shibboleth'ing the Confluence Installation with apache. I am totally new to Shibboleth and don't know how to do it with Confluence on an Ubuntu server which has Apache and Tomcat working.

I am open to any advice, help, etc because i know nothing about shibboleth.
