Hello,
I have a space for docmentation on Confluence, to be publicly open for everyone (anonymous/not logged in users) - to allow this access, I went to > Browse > Space Admin > Edit Permission on Anonymous, click on View. Then save all.
After this, I expect that the homepage of this public space should be accessible for any users (even those who do not have an account on our Confluence. But it is NOT the case, login screen is still displayed.
Does anyone know how else to set open access for a Confluence Space please?
Hi,
you will need to grant anonymous access to the confluence system as well. To do so please go to the "Global Permissions" section in Confluence. Not logged-in users will then be able to view the dashboard (with content only from the one space they have access to) and the single space you granted the permissions for.
Hope that helps? Cheers, David
glad to help :)
