Confluence Space import requires rebuild index from scratch?

Hello

I imported a space to Confluence, and it did not show in the Space directory.

After rebuilding the index (not from scratch), it was in the Space directory.

However, the next day, it was not in the Space directory.

After rebuilding the index (not from scratch) again, it was in the Space directory again.

I wonder why this happened, and if rebuilding the index from scratch is necessary?

I am not sure why it happens (file system corruption) but How to Rebuild the Content Indexes From Scratch on Confluence Server should fix it. Let us know if not, as spaces should not disappear from the Space Directory when the index is healthy.
