Hello,
We use Confluence for documentation reviews and collaboration. We need to be able to see all comments on a page as their are multiple editors/reviewers etc... that all provide comments and feedback. Sometimes overlapping each other bc they do not see the comment rather than responding to someone's comment.
How can you view all comments at once on a page so when scrolling you can quickly review and respond/resolve?
We can suggest a workaround with the help of the Talk Report feature in our Talk - Advanced Inline Comments for Confluence app.
Talk Report allows overviewing comments made on a specific page and/or space and see in it the following data:
A good case is to use this app with the Table Filter and Charts app. With the combination of these apps, you can filter comments by a certain user, the priority of a comment (low, medium, or high), and its status(open, archived, or resolved). These filters can help you to see which comments may take your immediate reaction.
Hello!
You can use https://marketplace.atlassian.com/1219786 plugin to form the table of comments (simple comments or inline (resolved/unresolved)) (if needed, from other pages and descendents). Also you can display attachments' comments.
You can add the macro to home page and see the comments for all pages in space (simple comments, inline (all or just resolved/unresolved)).
Hope this can help.
Thank you
