How to resolve this problem? I add that, when he open pdf via Google Chrom or Firefox everything is OK.

I want to add, confluence webdav ask about password only when i open documents store in page which was created from File List template.
@Stephen Sifers thanks for help, but it doesn't resolve my problem.
Hello there Tomasz!
One test you could try for us is:
1- Create a new page with the File List
2- Upload files there (different from the ones that you already have)
3- Make sure that this page is accessible by every user in Confluence
4- Publish the page
5- Try accessing the files
- if possible, try this with different systems as well
- try different file types such as docx, xls, images, pdf, etc
- try this with different users
After this, please let us know the results. If possible, send us screenshots of the moment where the credentials are requested. Please take care to not disclose any sensitive information with such screenshots.

Hi I tried with other file types and problem is only with pdf. When I try open pdf file then then WebDAV ask me about login and password. Strange is that, even I select Cancel file is open in pdf viewer.

Hello Tomasz,
The issue you have reported sounds to have become a rather bothersome nuisance. The good news is there is a KB articles which mirrors your reported issue. There are steps to resolve this issue within windows:
Source document: Unable to authenticate while mapping a WebDAV client network drive in Confluence
Please give these steps a try and let us know if this helped to resolve you issue.
Regards,
Stephen Sifers

Hello there Tomasz!
I was trying to replicate the issue you specified but was ultimately unable to.
Could you clarify a few points to us:
1- What OS is being used by the affected users?
2- Has this method worked at some point in the past?
3- Is every other user affected by this?
Further, we have some documentation on how to set WebDAV access for Confluence, have you had the chance to look into them:
