Confluence Wiki Look and Feel Reversion?

My company just recently upgraded from v6.3.2 to v6.15.1, but we would like to keep the same look of our wiki. How can this be accomplished?

The look-and-feel settings you have embedded in your data are retained, but the look and feel of the UI changes as Confluence upgrades.  The old look has gone, replaced with the new, there's no way to go back to it.
