Trying to follow https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-wiki-markup-251003035.html
which says
To insert markdown in the editor:
- Choose Insert > Markup
- Select Markdown
- Type or paste your text - the preview will show you how it will appear on your page
- Choose Insert.
However, I don't see either Markup or Markdown:
