Hi Team,
We are facing issue like some users are not able to access confluence, even though they are added to the correct user group.
When we try to add them individually, confluence said that "User Not Found"
But when under user management, I check the same user, the user is available in confluence but still not able to access the confluence space.
Kindly please look into it, as many users are complaining about the same issue.

so they have access to Confluence, but not to the space? Seems you need to check space permissions and give them permission to view the space.
