Hi all,

Tested upgrading to 6.15.2 and UPM 3.0.3. UPM now takes a few minutes to load through UI and atlassian-confluence.log is showing ridiculous message:

```2019-05-02 19:47:20,219 WARN [UpmScheduler:thread-2] [atlassian.upm.pac.PacClientImpl] getUpdates The request to check for add-on updates may take longer than expected because 220 user-installed add-ons are installed. This may impact the performance of loading the Manage Add-ons page.```
We have maybe 10 user installed plugins visible in the UI and db reports:
mysql> select count(*) from plugindata;
+----------+
| count(*) |
+----------+
| 48 |
+----------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
I know this was reported fixed in UPM project : https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/UPM-5640
But obvi it is not. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?
Yes, I've cleared the plugin caches multiple times and restarted. See same behavior.
Yes, I've tried the upgrade multiple times and see similar behavior and log messages.
Ultimately, the UPM still functions, but the loading of the manage apps page is pretty disturbing. I would save ~5m for plugins to show up after the initial page load.
Hi,
Is your connect to market place disabled in manage add on page?
Can you disable this by going to settings.
