Confluence cloud - failed to import space

I am trying to import the confluence space from one confluence cloud instance (Development environment) to another confluence cloud instance (Test environment) but getting below error while importing the confluence space in Test environment (Confluence Cloud)

Thank you for raising this with us. We'll want to take a look at your Confluence site logs in order to know why that import is failing.

I see that you've already gotten in touch with our Cloud Support team, and my colleague is currently assisting you with this issue.

Once you're able to resolve that case, please feel free to let us know what the problem was, in case any other users are having the same issue.
