Confluence connector\add-on to MS Dynamics 365 Portal

Yair Noach June 17, 2019

Hi, we are using Confluence to write knowledge base articles, in the near future we would like to upload a few articles automatically from Confluence to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal (ver. 9.1 if it matters) so customers can have a look (self-service). My question is if there is a connector that can do that for me? taking into consideration that I will be able to mark which KBA will be uploaded to the portal or not. We'd prefer an "original" Atlassian connector however if doesn't exist 3rd party can be considered as well . Many thanks.

Hello Yair,

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's great to have you.

I'm not aware personally of any add-ons that would allow Microsoft Dynamics to connect with Confluence. It's possible that Microsoft might have something on their end, so you'll also want to check with them.

I tried to search Atlassian Marketplace for a tool like this but was unable to find one. Still, I have tagged your question to be included in the Marketplace Collection in case anyone else has other ideas.

Otherwise, I found a recipe mentioned on Workato that could help, I just can't say for sure if this would work on Cloud or Server since I am not sure of the technology required for it to work. As you might already know, Confluence Cloud has many functional differences from Confluence Server, so be aware of those when looking into this recipe.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Shannon
