Confluence database can't create attachements table?

A collegue of mine did a confluence upgrade that went bad. I am trying to roll back to previous version.

Steps:

• Restore backed up HOME directory
• Restore backed up INSTALL directory
• Restore backed up database

It is going bad when trying to execute the SQL file on the database with:

ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 1667: Can't create table 'confluence.ATTACHMENTS' (errno: 121)

Anybody have any ideas?

MySQL right?  Looks like your indices have gone bang.  When you "restored backed up database", did you completely drop the target first and recreate a clean empty database?

I ended up wiping the database and recreating it then doing the import. Worked fine.
