Confluence extensions not working?

Hi all,

I've noticed for some components on Confluence it is saying "Error Loading the Extension". This seems to be for the Jira Legacy component and Child Pages component. Is anyone else having the same issue and can help me out?

I'm also having the same issue. I cannot file the Child pages macro within the macro list and can no longer add it to a new document. copying the an existing macro causes the same error as mentioned above
