Hello,
I have a few guests in Confluence, they were added a while ago, and I would like to see to what space they already have access. I cant seem to find this information. Can you help? Thank you
Hi @Cristina.Malasinca and welcome to the Community.
Option 1: Confluence settings
You'll see the guest's name and next to it which space they have access to.
Option 2: In the org admin console, Products tab, Groups - click the guest group to see the members.
Option 3: Each space will tell you IF and HOW MANY guests are in there in the top left corner.
Hi @Cristina.Malasinca ,
You could check where each guest has access to by navigating to Confluence administration / Settings > Security > Global permissions and selecting Guests tab.
Basically, this would be the URL: https://<sitename>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/global?tab=external where you can just replace first part of the domain with your site name (if you're not using custom domains).
Here's the official docs related to this: Assign space access to guests
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Tobi

Hey Christina,
You can review the assigned space for the guest under the Confluence setting >> Global Permission >> Guest Tab
