Confluence health check plugin disabled issue

We upgraded confluence 5.10.8 to confluence 6.0.6 server. Also upgraded confluence health check plugin 2.1.11  to 2.3.1 then  confluence health check plugin got disabled automatically,how to enable that?

We restarted the confluence service several times but no luck.

I am facing same issue when upgraded confluence from 5.4.1 to 6.0.5
