We've been running Confluence 7.13.0 on our EKS cluster very successfully, however, we'd like to upgrade to 7.14.1 to address CVE-2021-42574

https://confluence.atlassian.com/security/multiple-products-security-advisory-unrendered-unicode-bidirectional-override-characters-cve-2021-42574-1086419475.html?subid=1541662415&jobid=105251298&utm_campaign=multiple-products-advisory_november-2021_EML-11738&utm_medium=email&utm_source=alert-email

I see that the 7.14.1-jdk11 image is available, but the charts have not been updated yet. I can overwrite the version but would prefer to stick with the chart versions.

Any idea on when we can expect the helm charts to include the new version? The same goes for Jira.

Hi @Stefan Furstenberg , welcome to the Community!

Confluence 7.14.1 is available as a docker image: Confluence 7.14.1 on docker hub

Using the product update guide in the helm chart documentation, you can upgrade Confluence directly on the existing helm chart.

We are cutting a release of the helm charts to provision the latest images by default, but you can use the above instructions if you wish to upgrade before the new charts are ready.

Cheers,
Daniel
