Confluence hide/show only part of a page

Is there a possibility to hide just one paragraph of a page from users who have no rights for it?

Ck has got a great answer. I think you can also embed restricted content in a page with the page include macro. If a user viewing the page does not have permissions to the embeded page the content won't render.

YMMV
