I have installed confluence 5.5.2 as a Service with the Microsoft SQL server 2012 database on windows server 2012.
After installation Confluence gets very slow. I have attached the LOG file, have lots of error messages.

Heya,
Other suggestion here, as for the configuration of the DB is that we could have been facing some issue related to the usage of the Webhooks plugin in Confluence:
Caused by: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.atlassian.activeobjects.osgi.NoServicesFoundException: Was expecting one service reference for interface <com.atlassian.activeobjects.config.ActiveObjectsConfiguration> and filter <(com.atlassian.plugin.key=com.atlassian.webhooks.atlassian-webhooks-plugin)>. Got null ! You should check whether an ActiveObjectsPluginException was thrown at startup. It will give you more information about potential errors in the <ao> module in your atlassian-plugin.xml.
So, for that, can you check if your instance will get slow if you also run Confluence under Plugin Safe Mode?
Cheers,
Giu
It seems that Confluence is having a hard time to create the AO tables (Active Objects), can you please make sure that the user that is owner of Confluence's schema has the full rights? Also, can see if your database schema is under the following recommendations?
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Database+Setup+for+SQL+Server
We need to make sure that we have the proper database schema set, like collation.
Cheers,
WZ

Hello William,
Ya, the problem was the database Schema rights. I have given full rights to the owner, so now the Confluence get faster without any errors.
Thanks a lot... :)
Cheers,
Sid
