Confluence license updated from evaluation to developer

Our current Confluence has an evaluation license.  The other day when I tried to apply the developer license, I think it asked something about migration.  Since I do not know the impact, I select not to update the license.

Questions:

1. Is it trying to migrate the Confluence database?

2. Can we estimate how long it will take?

3. Does the migration affect what the Confluence users do?  I meant should we do this license update during off hours?

There's no migration or changes when you apply a new licence.
