Confluence link broken to anchor in another space after editing the page

Create an anchor in another space.

Add that anchor to a page in a different space.  My example is this:

`EH:Epilog BLE Service Description#eeeg_data_compression`

save the page and click the link it works.

Go back into the page with the link and edit the page, don't edit the link.  Save the page

and click the link it no longer works.

Going back in to the link it looks like the <space:> is lost in the edit.  I found this out by clicking the link and edit the link address is this now `Epilog BLE Service Description#eeeg_data_compression` notice the missing `EH:` 

So painful!

Hey Rob,

We do have a known issue with anchor links in Confluence Cloud at the moment. I found this issue right off the bat but heard reports of others having similar issues late last week. It looks like a fix is in development and will hopefully be pushed out soon.
