Confluence macros seem to broken for us, help please?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

A few days ago, macros like the Version Report and filter results macros were taking longer than usual to load. Recently this have progress to the version report macro saying there's a licensing issue or I don't have the correct permissions. I'm a site admin and it's my page and project, so that can't be right.

 

In the last day or two, we are now having users report that they can't find macros like the Version Report or Filter results or that when they do, they get the following error message: "Unable to load unknown macro in macro browser"

We rely on Confluence to house a collection of reports which we use in conjunction with our releases. This couldn't have happened at a worse time as we are now less than a week away from release. 

 

Please help?

Hi Jamie,

I would advise you to create a ticket at our Support page if you are on Confluence Cloud (per your tags). That way the team can get onto your index and run any required maintenance on your system.

If you're not on Cloud an inadvertently tagged this question as so, please let us know what version of Confluence you're working with.
