Confluence migration to cloud - how to clean up links

Good day!

We've migrated our spaces from our older on-prem server to the cloud.   We migrated space by space, rather than wholesale upload. 

One issue we've found is that the links to pages across the spaces didn't transition. 

What is the most efficient means to get the links updated?  (As you can imagine, there are thousands)

The best solution I can recommend would actually be to delete these spaces in Cloud and instead, use the Migration Assistant from Atlassian to move all the spaces at once. The Migration Assistant maintains all links as it migrates the content.
