Confluence new media picker in Cloud not visible

as anyone been able to use the new media picker annotations as described in this 3 month old blog post? 

I'm using the new editor, and I've uploaded an image. I do see some new buttons - instead of the old Size/Border/Properties buttons:

I see these new alignment buttons below the image and sizing bars to drag on the sides:

But I can't for the life of me see where there is any option to add annotations to my images.

Am I being really dense, or has this feature not been rolled out 100%?

Hello Esther,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I noticed another customer found the same, and we've brought it up in the bug report below:

• CONFCLOUD-67122 Image annotations is not available upon clicking on the image

Here I have also left an internal comment linking to the bug report and your feedback here.

I did notice that in the Confluence Cloud Editor Roadmap that annotations are mentioned in both Image Effects and Image Properties, but I am not clear if this means it's not fully rolled out yet, or if this is indeed a bug.
