Confluence on Mobile

Hi guys,

I am building a Q&A system, but it does not look good on mobile. I searched and see that confluence looks really great on mobile like the link below.

I wonder if there are settings to make this happen.

Currently, Conflucen in Mobile is not fully optimize yet as the page will basically display some of the things that won't work or work when viewing Confluence pages via Mobile.
