Confluence on demand - "toggle" tree navigator button no longer available

Before the OnDemand upgrade in October, there was an icon on any Confluence page with a tree view that allowed you to toggle the tree view panel off and on.

That icon is no longer available.

Is it located somewhere else or is that functionality gone all together?

It's a known bug that will be fixed. It's "hidden". It's actually there. Use the keyboard shortcut "[" for now.
