I have an article created and shared where our team uses the handy status macro. For some reason, randomly, there are many entries that just show “Error: null” and I cannot figure out why. There is nothing different that we are doing with these status’s than we have been doing for a long time. In fact, we recently added several rows to a table and immediately after saving, some of them are showing Error: null
Anyone have any idea what is causing this?
Hi @Eric Biondo ,
I’m Anastasia from the Handy Macros for Confluence app thank you for using our app and raising the question! We’d appreciate hearing back from you in our support to dive deeper into your use case and suggest solutions where applicable.
Thank you, and have a lovely day!
Hi @Anastasia Bek _Stiltsoft_. I have opened a ticket with Atlassian who has opened a ticket with Stiltsoft support. It should have come from Avrahm K. Can you check into that?

Hi @Eric Biondo
Unfortunately, we don't have access to it. Please add my email as a participant and I will able to reply. Thanks.

Hi @Eric Biondo
Thank you for raising a request with Atlassian Support. We can see it and my colleague Alexander is ready to jump into it. For doing so, we need his email to be added as a participant to the issue. We have asked for it in the Atlassian ticket. Please proceed with adding Alexander to the request instead of our support system auto-email address. We'll be happy to assist you.
Have a lovely Friday!

Hi @Alexander Ovsyannikov and @Anastasia Bek _Stiltsoft_ . I have "shared" the support request with Alexander myself, but not sure if that allows you to see it. I have asked Avrahm to also email it just in case. https://support.atlassian.com/requests/CES-22491

Hi @Eric Biondo welcome to the community! I did a quick search through Atlassian's Jira site and found this closed issue: CONFCLOUD-54539
That looks like the error you are getting. I would suggest opening a ticket with Support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and reference that closed issue with any new information you can.
Hope that helps.
