This is exactly what it says it is. You have a proxy server serving up Confluence on the url you are using. It has asked Confluence for a page and Confluence has not responded with anything valid.
You'll need to look at Confluence to see why it did not serve up the page requested. The usual culprits are "Confluence is not running there" and "you've asked for a page that doesn't exist"
