Confluence pages different languages

Those of you whom have Confluence in different languages - how did you go about it.  We have tested the add-on apps, but have not found one that would also translate the page tittles and the overview title. Also translating exisiting pages seems to be a cubersome task.  

We are now looking at possibly creating spaces for each individual language. 

If anyone has any great suggestions, all are welcomed.

Google Chrome's built-in page translation function or find some third-party plug-ins.

LIke I said in my intitial question, we've tried the Atlassian marketplace plugins and found them compersome and have not been able to tranlate titles. Maybe I was not clear enough. Also would like to know, how others have implemented multiple languages.
