Confluence permission setting question

We found we can not change permission in confluence 6.0.3 in google chrome, but we can change permission setting in firefox as shown as below:

Dear partner, 

When I update database (postgresql 9.3 to 9.4) , after try it can work now at confluence 6.0.1.

I can hardly believe, that a DB upgade will fix a UI issue ... Have you asked atlassian support?

Following this page, I couldn't find any note related to yours (Confluence 6.6). In Atlassians Jira I found issue CONFSERVER-39359 - similar to yours. But Atlassian recommended to open a ticket at the support.

Do you use Chrome out of the box or modified?

Dear Sebastian, 

I found the error message at google chrome as shown as below: (I have ever open a ticket in confluence in 2016, but I think it maybe a bug, because it's normal in confluence 5.8.2 version in google chrome)
