Confluence questions add-on installation

I have a trial Confluence instance running on my Windows vista OS, utilizing Confluence embedded DB. Try to add-on Confluence questions; add-on downloads, but after authenticating into Admin account, it never finishes installing; any ideas?

Hi,

which plugin that you're trying to install?

If you're trying to install UPM 2.16.2 and it never finish, I believes that you might bumped into this bug.
