Hello there!
Lisa, I found a filed feedback on a similar behaviour here:
Is it possible for you to try and access Confluence from another iOS device? We could try to rule out an issue with the installed version in your device. If the issue is not present in another device, we can go ahead and try to re-install it on yours.
Further, would it be possible for you to send us some screenshots of the issue, from within the iOS application? If possible, also send us some screenshots from the Android application as well.
Just be careful when sharing the screenshots with us. Since our Community is an open space, everyone can see the content posted. With this is mind, it is always a good idea to use dummy content so no sensitive data is shared.
Looking forward to your reply Lisa!
Hello Diego,
I had a few other colleagues try on iPhones and were successful. Consequently, we uninstalled Confluence from the phone having the issue, reinstalled, and now it works fine. Not sure the root cause, but all is well now. Thanks for the reply!
