Confluence related page

Hi there, I understand how to turn on and off the 'related page' option. However, the related pages shown in my page are not relavent. I would like to choose manually relevant pages. Is there a way to change them?

Unfortunately there is not way to adjust the related content offering.  I believe it looks at content, keywords and labels to display the related content.  I would suggest starting there.  Here is some additional information:

I have the same question. While I understand you cannot make any of the 'Related pages' content static, is there another module that shows page tiles that one could use to replicate this functionality?

The format is great.
