Confluence restore from xml backup. Licence not updated

Hi,

I installed a fresh confluence on a Windows OS server and tried to restore full xml backup from a Linux OS server. I have changed OS and also my DB is changed from MySQL to MSSQL.

Although the restoration is successful, my restored confluence instance is still holding the evaluation license I created during setup. 

Isn't the actual license from the xml backup supposed to be migrated to the new instance as well? I have tried this on 3.5.1 and 5.4.2 (two separate instances) and in both the license was not migrated. 

Any help is appreciated. TIA

The license is stored in the confluence config file. So just update the config file
