Confluence source downloads broken?

Is it just me?

I go to the Download Sources page (https://my.atlassian.com/download/source/confluence), which shows me a list of links to source downloads:

Clicking on e.g. "6.3.1 Source (TAR.GZ)" redirects to a S3 download URL:

https://downloads-sources-us-east-1.s3.amazonaws.com/confluence/confluence-6.3.1-source.tar.gz?x-amz-security-token=<redacted>&AWSAccessKeyId=ASIAJXIGUUDOLGXK2FQQ&Expires=1501723059&Signature=9%2BF%2FU0iphj9J5dO0xY5K0ujvIVc%3D

which gives an error:

Still broken a week later; I contacted Atlassian Support, who informed me the .zip download works.
