Is anyone having issues with the Confluence to Freshdesk Sync app by Kolibri Digital?
About two weeks ago my Confluence pages would not sync images properly (blank in FreshDesk) and now no new sync is working at all from Confluence.
I have contacted the vendor but slow to respond and no resolution yet.

@Tim White I have not seen any other postings in the community on this issue. My only suggestion is to keep working with the vendor as the issue is most likely on their end. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that fixes the issue?
