Confluence will not start up because the build number in the home directory doesn't match db

Hi:

We are having this error after 2nd upgrade of Confluence from 7.4.0 to 7.4.11:

Confluence will not start up because the build number in the home directory [8401] doesn't match the build number in the database [8402].

After 1st upgrade attempt I thought I encountered error and I upgraded Confluence again with original confluence_data folder

After 2nd upgrade I could make Confluence run but it gave me above error message. I don't have backup of confluence_data. It remains the original one.

How can I fix this build number problem? Fixing bulid number in confluence_data\confluence.cfg.xml doesn't help though.
