Conlfuence user keys when you are migrating spaces between two instances.

Hello,

When I am migrating Spaces from a Confluence instance to another I find that I am loosing restrictions rights or in other cases I cannot see the page anymore due I have the same name and email but the user keys are different which I suppose is the problem and due security reasons I cannot set the restrictions to everyone can view.
Is there any way to configure this prior the migration for this not to happen?
