Does dots menu > Content Report or Content Report macro also count views on ScrollViewport (k15t)?
ScrollViewport is a view on a Confluence space provided by k15t. Since the Content Report menu item shows views etc. of a page, my question is: does a view from a ScrollViewport also count the statistics?
Thanks & best regards,
Bernd
Hi @Bernd Schneider,
It looks like you are using Confluence Cloud, but I'm not really sure what you mean by 'Content Report' (i.e. that Item doesn't seem to appear for me). I suppose you mean the analytics that are available in Confluence Premium?
If so, then no, in this graph you'll only see the page views that your page gets inside Confluence.
If you want to see analytics on your articles made available through Viewport, you should have a look at setting up an analytics integration for your site. At the moment, we support Google Analytics and Cloudflare and it only takes a couple of clicks to configure (you only need to copy & paste the relevant IDs).
Let me know whether this helps and also if you have any other questions about Viewport. :)
Cheers,
Sven
Hello @Bernd Schneider and @[deleted]
Maybe I can shed some light on this.
The "Content Report" is part of the Viewtracker app and allows to analyse the access of the pages.
We are actually talking to k15t and hopefully, in the near future, we will also be able to show views to the page content generated via ScrollViewport.
The Analytics mentioned by Sven does not come with all Cloud subscriptions as default.
Kind regards
Mattia

Thanks for the very quick answers! Yes, we are using Confluence Cloud and ScrollVersions by k15t.
What I meant by "Content Report" is the menu item in the dots menu:
It is probably the same as the "Page Analytics" macro by bitvoodoo, at least it looks similar.
It would be great to get statistics of ScrollViewport page views too!
Thanks & best regards,
Bernd
