Content of exportdescriptor.properties file in confluence used to export site

Hi,

Confluence server version 6.1.3, I am trying to import site in test to upgrade. Receive error as   

exportdescriptor.properties  file is missing. 

If I do single space export import, it works fine but when I take site backup and import then the file is missing. I tried creating the file manually and zipping it but didnt succeed.

Could some one help me with the content of the file?

I see related article, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-12206 but its of no help for now.
